New Github Secret Scanning Endpoint

Hello! Would it be possible to build a new release to capture the org-wide secret scanning alerts endpoint please? I built a version manually to accomplish a short term need but it would be great to have a new release to pin. Thanks in advance!!

Sorry @kbroughton I didn't create a new branch here, I just ran the command to regenerate the manifest file in my virtual environment's site-packages directory. I think one of the maintainers just needs to cut a new release with the updated manifest. No code changes were necessary.
