FATAL: nbdev-readme crashes solveit VMs

Provide a minimally reproducible example

Run nbdev-readme in any nbdev 3 repo.

$ nbdev-readme
Connection lost, reconnecting...

That "Connection lost" is the Terminal disconnecting right before the entire solveit VM crashes, as in "off".

This happens every time. Not sure what the error messages are.

Sometimes it's possible to restart the VM. Other times I just get Internal Server Error.

I have the same issue with nbdev_docs on my SolveIt instance (which still has nbdev2). Upgrading to nbdev3 did not solve it.
