This PR is a first step towards simplifying and clarifying the test directory structure. In this first PR, all data used for tests (libraries, systems, timeseries) are gathered in
tests/data.This is temporary as this will help identifying models that are duplicated unneccessarily accross libraries. These will be rationalized in a subsequent PR, and moved to the test directories that use them.
