• 14 candidate upgrades ranked by 25-year IRR with IRA 25C/25D tax credits applied.
• Validated against 10 published benchmark cases (DOE Building America, NREL PVWatts).
• Static browser frontend: 50 KB raw, 14.6 KB gzipped, no build step, no network calls.
• Python library, experiments, LaTeX paper, 25 unit tests.
