- Updated the github actions which gave deprecation warnings
- Update Pygments-anyscript package to highlight new AnyScript classes
- Update different sphinx packages to new versions
- Fixed issue with navigation side bar which was expanded by default.
Probably a problem introduced when upgrading to the newest MyST parser
