Fixed

  • Special markers (, , {::pagebreak /}, {index}, and ^ end-of-block) are no longer converted inside fenced code blocks, indented code blocks, or inline code spans.
  • Backslash-escaped MultiMarkdown TOC markers like {{TOC}} are no longer expanded into a table of contents after markdown strips the escape backslashes.
  • Kramdown {:toc} markers inside fenced or indented code blocks are no longer converted to during IAL preprocessing.
