Are there any ways to set max speed limit for Apollo ego car?

It's available on planning_gflags.cc and you may also quickly change the conf on modules/planning/conf/planning.conf by changing the setting of --planning_upper_speed_limit=20.00. It's now in 20 m/s which is roughly 45 mph for urban driving scenarios.
