Let the LTR390 update interval be user-configurable.

I'm using the MSR-2 (LTR390?) with Homey. And I can't seem to get a reasonable lux value, and it takes 60 seconds for it to update (according to what I've read.) Please make an offset for the lux value, and let me configure the interval. I can get to the device's web page no problem.
