About-tab redesign + in-app update check

  • Aligned About screen layout — Release Channel and Runtime sections share a clean key/value grid that's easier to scan and to copy into support tickets.
  • Check-for-updates button in the About screen header — pull a new version manually without diving into the tray menu.
  • Plain-English labels — "Connection protocol" and "Signed by" replace the previous insider-shorthand, each with a one-line caption explaining what the row means.
  • DEV pill — when running an unpackaged development build, a small pill appears next to the version so there's never any doubt whether you're looking at the real app or a local dev copy.

No functional changes beyond the About tab. Auto-update path unchanged from 1.5.8.
