Added temporary instructions for how to install on Linux and Windows
Added references to the Linux and Windows build instructions
Please note that these instructions refer to a AppFlowy-Linux.tar.gz file in the Releases section. This file is not available in that section yet. I have created the file, but do not have the rights to add it to that section. Please tell me how to proceed.
P.S. The file that I created had the latest bug fixes and is in Debug mode. Remind me when we talk about this to create a Release file when the 0.0.2 tag.
