Add libglapi.so.0 to exclude list

Hi, thanks for your contribution. We need to make sure that this works virtually everywhere. Have you tested that libglapi.so.0 is part of each major distribution in a recent enough version? Which distributions and versions did you test this with?

Here's the thing, it isn't present on ubuntu 14.04, but rpcs3 launches fine with it removed, and it seems to only conflict with the host system's mesa.
