Beta 1.0.0 Build 324

Hi everyone, this is a polishing release! Thanks to all your amazing feedback, these are the things that are improved in this version:

• You'll now be a able to switch apps in the main menu and after selecting an app, select Insights, Lexicon, Recent Signals and Settings for that app. This requires one more tap when switching apps, but it is much clearer, especially when you have more than 2 or 3 apps. In addition, it works around a bug in navigational lists in SwiftUI.
• Once you select an app, that selection persists between app launches
• The date chooser has improved a lot. The default date range is now the current month, plus the previous month. You can also switch to current and previous week or month, or you can select a custom date range.
• Donut Charts now show the sum of all entries below the individual entries
• In raw insights that group by date, the resolution of that grouping is used for display. What that means is that if you group by month, the list entry will now say "May 2021" instead of "May 1 2021", which was confusing
• After creating a new app, that app's settings are shown
• The recent signals screen now has a note to tell you that signal granularity is never smaller than one hour
• The lexicon UI is now a bit nicer
