Resize the OpenLogi window

Hello,

OpenLogi v0.8.5, Windows 10.

I have a 14-inch laptop.
When I launch OpenLogi, the window takes up the entire screen.
Vertically—both at the top and the bottom—it extends beyond the screen boundaries.
I can reduce the width slightly, but the height cannot be adjusted at all; it is impossible to resize it.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
