Only camera is detected on macos

I have MX Master 4, mouse, MX Mechanical and a C920e connected to my mac, but only the C920e is detected.

I have given the app all the permissions

Any hint on what I am missing?

@rabol Interesting issue you are facing, would it be possible to give a copy of the diagnostics information via the application under settings > about "Copy Diagnostics"
