Aquashot 1.2.0

Aquashot 1.2.0 for Windows. Two downloads:

• Installer — Aquashot-1.2.0-Setup.exe: download and run.
• Portable — Aquashot-1.2.0-portable.exe: single file, just run it (no install).

Both are self-contained — no .NET runtime needed — and bundle FFmpeg for GIF/MP4 recording.
(The portable exe still stores settings/history under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Aquashot.)

These binaries bundle a GPL FFmpeg build and are therefore distributed under the GPL.
Aquashot's own source remains WTFPL. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.
