Replace the last legacy UWA download link with its DOI The Read et al. 2014 entry linked to a PDF on the UWA server, which will not survive that site being retired. The DOI is already cited on the same line and resolves to the publisher.
Point the configuration reference at its new home The reference tables have been salvaged from the legacy UWA website into the glm-aed repository and are now served from GitHub Pages. Link there instead, and add per-block deep links now that every block has a working anchor -- the old page reused the ids tab1-tab3 across its two tab groups, so #tab6 in depth_csv never resolved. Also repoints the GLM overview schematic in Introduction at a copy vendored into the repository, so it survives the old site being retired.
