Update Reddit auth provider docs #976

Description

@naganowl

The auth provider docs mention creating a Reddit Application through the Reddit App Console however per Reddit's new policy for approval process in November 2025 self-service API access has ended and approvals now take time with 3rd party integrations possibly blocked. Following the current instructions leads to an invalid client ID page upon attempting to auth through Reddit. Trying to create a new app leads to a 500 (likely because the API key isn't approved).

It wasn't immediately obvious to me if there's a simple way to support the workflow through their recommended Devvit however I imagine to continue upholding the ease of integrations these instructions could be updated so others could have an easier time leveraging the Reddit integration.
