I feel like this one buries the lede.

Who will be visiting this page? People who have a server running great (possibly in other clients), wandered away from the quickstarts, and they just want to set it up with (other) clients.

It's too short to be a tutorial—if it stays step by step, it should probably have a pre-reqs/you will learn block at the top:

But if you did that, the steps would be knocked down to 2!

It could probably make a really good guide if you focused just on this part:

And mention starting and running server with a link to a quickstart in the preamble.

Anyway, that's not blocking shipping!

@EricGustin I added a guide on how to use arcade configure to this page, which I think is now in much better shape (thanks for the suggesitons @nearestnabors!)

Changes from the latest review:

• Uses the "Outcomes panel" insted of a 2 step "tutorial"
• 2 sections. arcade configure and manually configuring MCP servers
• defaults to stdio
