Required Steps

Download the latest version of the PAPIChatFormatter plugin off of its SpigotMC page and move the downloaded file to your /plugins/ directory
Download the latest version of the PhantomLib plugin off its SpigotMC page and move the downloaded file to your /plugins/ directory
Download the latest version of the PlaceholderAPI plugin off its SpigotMC page and move the downloaded file to your /plugins/ directory.
Restart or start your server

Optional Steps

Configure the plugin

Complete all of the Required Steps above.
Open the settings.yml file (located in /plugins/PAPIChatFormatter/settings.yml)
Edit the values to your liking, save the file once you're done
Open the messages.yml file (located in /plugins/PAPIChatFormatter/messages.yml)
Edit the values to your liking, save the file once you're done
If you've made changes to either of the files, run /pcf reload in-game for the new values to take effect.
