Describe what you're trying to do

I wanted to check a bunch of lithostratigraphic formation names, so I used the code table value checker tool, but the results were the same for every row (error, check inputs), even though a manual check found some of the values (see my added in Arctos column). What did I do wrong?

Well that could definitely be more clear, and this tool should probably be a component loader. Going dev as bug to be investigated.
