project name needs cleaned and controlled

I am unable to add a project to a loan transaction. The loan already exists in Arctos, but I am trying to add the project from the Edit Transaction page. While the project pops up when I enter it in the "Type Project/Project Agent name to pick field and hit tab" field, when I select the entry nothing happens. The project does not get added to the loan transaction.

That project has a bunch of nonsense in the title. Sending this to dev to clean and prevent nonprinting characters in project name.
