Quick orientation:

• Cards are JSON files. Drop one into $HEALTH_HOME/data/, a card appears. Delete the file, the card is gone. That is the whole model. No DB, no build step.
• LLM-first. Once you have an OpenAI-compatible chat gateway configured, you talk to the chat agent and it writes the JSON. Hand-authoring is the fallback path.
• Self-hosted. Single binary or Docker. WebAuthn passkey auth.
