Session sidebar. An opt-in vertical session list on the left, for people who run a lot of sessions at once. Today 20+ sessions wrap the header tab strip into several rows and eat the tallest-value space in the window. The tab strip stays the default; the sidebar would be per-device opt-in with a collapsed icon rail. Credit where due: christianhaberl already built a version of this in his fork, which is what pushed it onto the board. |

Embedded apps. Spawn something with a UI (a dev server, a dashboard, a preview build) and see it inside Codeman next to the agent working on it, building on the web-tabs proxy that already exists. This one is still research; nothing about it is decided yet. |

Warm worker pool. When an agent orchestrates other Codeman sessions, each worker spawn costs seconds because a fresh CLI has to boot every time. A small pool of pre-warmed workers would make spawns near-instant. 1.18.2 and 1.18.3 already cut orchestration from about 35s to about 10s; this is the next big bite. |
Uh oh!

Three bigger features are on the drawing board, and picking the order shouldn't happen only in my head. Each one is a comment below: 馃憤 the ones you want, and if there's a real workflow behind your vote, reply and tell me about it. Want something entirely different? Add your own comment.
