Step 1: upgrade laravel-stan dependencies so we can get rid of repeated imports on the rest of the projects.
Dependants PRs: (this projects needed few changes to make it compatible with this new version)
The rest of the packages are compatible with this change: (ark-io, fortify, nodem, UI, commonmark. php-crypto), some of them have declared dev-dependencies that can be removed once this is merged in a second step.
To test those just install/replace the current version of this package and run the tests.
Once this is merged let me know so I can move to the next package.
