With the upcoming releases of of ACfL and ArmPL, this updates their relevant install guides to support the upcoming changes.

This PR updates the install guides for both ACfL and ArmPL with the information on installing the latest version (24.10).
This also addresses a spelling error in the ACfL install guide.
