Updates setup environment guide to set breakpoints in AP. Removing -R flag now starts FVP with cores powered down, not allowing the user to begin core execution. Updated guide provides two workarounds. Also introduces ArmDS script rather than manually adding symbol files. Signed-off-by: Daniel Nguyen <daniel.nguyen@arm.com>
