Raise option errors for invalid option configurations. Remove duplicate Sen's Fortress - After Cage Key region from region lists. If no types are allowed from the restricted list for a "restricted infusion" type of equipment, skip upgrading it.
Update req to Archipelago.Core.AvaloniaGUI 5.0 Also update "Archipelago version" string to be a range
