🚀 Initial Open Source Release (v1.0.31-oss)

Welcome to the first official Open Source release of Episteme Reader! This version is a flavor of the main application, modified to be fully compliant with open-source standards.

🌟 Key Features

  • Privacy First: No tracking, no telemetry.
  • Clean Build: All proprietary components and non-free dependencies from the main app have been removed or replaced.

🛠 Changes in the OSS Flavor

Compared to the standard version, this OSS flavor:

  • Removes proprietary AI Worker and Verifier endpoints (as seen in buildConfigFields).
  • Disables Pro-only features to ensure a completely free experience.

📦 Installation

  1. Download the Episteme-oss-v1.0.31-oss-release.apk attached below.
  2. Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your Android settings to install.
