User Story

As a contributor to http://reactandtypescript.dev, I want to be acknowledged and applauded for my work on a public page so that I can show others my passion for open-source documentation.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN a list of contributors exists on GitHub
WHEN the reactandtypescript.dev build is kicked off
THEN the GitHub API will be used to create a list of contributors will be retrieved
AND a page of contributors will be created at /contributors

GIVEN a contributors page exists
WHEN a user of reactandtypescript.dev clicks a contributor
THEN the browser will redirect to the contributor's GitHub profile page

For some reason getting contributors list via API requires authorization so I'd need "push access to view repository collaborators" or a token that I could use to auth
