Get-Date -AsUTC fails on Windows PowerShell 5.1.x, works OK on PowerShell 7.1.x #9
Description
Get-Date -AsUTC is very handy, but it won't work on older versions of PowerShell, including the very popular Windows PowerShell 5.1.
We need to find a work-around, or ScienceOven will not work on older versions of PowerShell.
That's pretty much the long and short of it.
