handle rotation state

I'm not sure if we have this feature or not. But it would be nice if we can save state like sliding tab bar when rotating device. Currently, when I rotate the device, it still shows the correct fragment. But the selected tab is always in 0 position whenever rotating device.

@eclipsegst this is major bug fix. This will be done in next version update mostly this weekend or the coming weekend.
