Cable Report: default crossing factor 3.5 A factor of 2 is one trench width and only excludes a perpendicular crossing; oblique ones measure more and survived it. Cable Report: the crossing threshold is a factor on the trench width ARES_CableReport_Min_Length (absolute, 1 m) becomes ARES_CableReport_Cross_Factor (default 2), multiplying ARES_Outline_Distance so the threshold follows the trench. Says plainly that the default equals one trench width - a perpendicular crossing's own value - and that an oblique crossing exceeds it and still counts. Cable Report: a crossing is not a shared trench Two cables that cross leave each other's cable inside their trench for about its width, which the report used to read as a shared trench of half a metre. Adds ARES_CableReport_Min_Length (1 m) to the four variable tables and says, where shared trenches are explained, why a crossing does not qualify. docs: shared trenches in the Cable Report pages (EN/FR) Shared trenches now read as their own pivot column ("CH2C (2)") next to the ordinary one, keyed on the group of cables: two TA1 zones shared by different pairs give "TA1 (2)" and "TA1 (2) #2". Updated the example tables, the soil-type column description, and the shared-trench section on both pages.
