There is a very weird Windows fatal exception: access violation on Windows + Python 3.14, no idea what might be causing it. I'll still merge this and make a release, because otherwise ScopeSim_Templates is broken. And stuff is still green anyway, because we still allow 3.14 tests to fail 🙃
