[Bug]貌似私聊无法实现现实时间感知

同一个Bot在群聊中的报时是准确的，而私聊时就出现了报时误差，这是什么问题？

如何复现？

用napcat部署一个Bot,然后将它踏入群聊，分别在群聊和私聊向他询问时间

AstrBot 版本、部署方式（如 Windows Docker Desktop 部署）、使用的提供商、使用的消息平台适配器

观察是否有Current datetime: 字样，里面时间是否准确。
同时观察该prompt中是否带有历史会话，历史会话中是否有存在误导性的时间信息。

（之前我遇到过某一天问了天气相关。结果bot认为每天都是那一天。清空会话记录就正常了）

抱歉我没太听懂，我发现这个问题实在使用提醒功能的时候，发现群聊里的机器人能准时提醒，而私聊时不行，当我查询时间时，群聊里的机器人给出了准确的时间，而私聊机器人的时间却是十几分钟前

而且我发现时间过的越久他报的时间越早，就像时间流速变慢了一样
