qq官方机器人无法发送语音onebot搭建的qq没问题

Reproduce / 如何复现？

1.安装https://github.com/Zhalslar/astrbot_plugin_apis这个插件
2.配置完毕艾特机器人发送逆天语音报错

这是一个已知问题。错误 file does not start with RIFF id 表示 TTS 插件输出的是 MP3 格式，但 QQ 官方机器人适配器要求 WAV 格式。

原因：QQ 官方机器人需要将语音转换为腾讯 Silk 格式上传，转换流程是 WAV → Silk。代码使用 wave.open() 读取文件，会验证 RIFF 头（WAV 格式标识），非 WAV 文件会失败。

为什么 onebot 正常：onebot 适配器采用透传策略，格式转换由实现端（如 napcat）处理。

临时解决方案：

• 社区已有 MP3 到 WAV 自动转换的分支：https://github.com/zhx8702/AstrBot/tree/feat-wechat-tts-mp3towav
• 需要确保安装 ffmpeg 依赖
