從今天 (2026/3/20) 開始，Bot 在 Telegram 的回覆非常容易講話到一半就被 API 限流導致話說一半沒了
Reproduce / 如何复现？
- 使用 Telegram Adapter
- 和 Agent 說話，讓他回覆長一點點
- 看他話說一半很生氣
