What's New:

  • Python/AIDAhisto_maskSize.py
    This function returns the percentage of the affected regions within a brain slice both regarding the region size and the whole brain slice due to a given (lesion) mask.

Changes:

  • Python/AIDAIntensity.py
    Now also returns the normalised intensity (sum of pixel values of a chosen color channel), normalised by the total number of pixels per ROI
