Athenz 1.7.50 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.7.50 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#473 cleanup error handling for instance provider
#474 replace math.random() to crypto.randamBytes() on nodejs
#478 handle empty timestamp tag without processing
#480 include apache commons package in zts client
#481 fix check for log query
