Athenz v1.8.18 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.18 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#644 add support for returing JSON Web Keys
#645 vorrect handling of init of ZPE fetch timer
#648 oauth2 support with jwt access tokens
#649 provide api to return matched role name when using role certs
#655 Java Client Support for fetching access tokens
