The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.23 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#689 do not throw generic Exceptions in the cert-refresher library
#690 updated jetty and library dependency packages/go mod versions
#691 updated zms example code
