Athenz v1.8.24 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.24 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#692 correct spiffe uri for role certs
#693 improve error reporting in zpe library
#694 Provide new sample authentication authority - LDAPAuthority
#696 Specify user/host ssh signer cert file
#697 provide option to disable sending signer certs in response
#699 inherit auditEnabled flag from parent domain if exists
#701 Support new principal domain dimension for generated metrics
