Athenz v1.8.39 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.39 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#824 update to latest jetty and components
#825 addl user domain list for authority valid user check
#826 only require cert cn match to token client id if offset is -1
#827 display service info from a template using zms-cli
#828 skip roles with no members from expiry processing
#829 new check-active-member for zms-cli tool
#830 addl unit test for access token validation
#831 support new role/domain token/cert/sign attributes
#832 replace deprecated SslContextFactory usage with SslContextFactory.Server
#833 using null for default values for new attributes
#834 configure mysqlworkbench to generate schema for 5.7+
