Athenz v1.8.40 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.40 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#836 support role/domain token/cert configured timeouts
#837 added direct dependency for jackson-jaxrs-json-provider in zms java client
#838 self signer using mins setting
#839 include uri field in generated x.509 cert when using self-signer
#840 display role/domain attribute values in zms-cli
#841 new pkey interface for service with region and algorithm
