Athenz v1.8.41 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.41 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#842 fix yaml output for list-domain-role-members command
#843 support fetching cert bundles from ZTS
#844 include file paths in cert refresher error message
