Athenz v1.8.42 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.42 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#846 in example code add /zms/v1 path to the ZMS endpoint URL
#847 provide option to set network timeout for sql connections
#848 only store username as unsigned creds for user/ldap authorities
#850 clean db class property after unit test
#851 use dirs that guaranteed to fail in unit tests
#852 change the order of URIs in zts-svccert
