Athenz v1.8.44 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.44 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#856 updated jetty and other dependency packages
#861 when sending expiry emails properly read resources from classpath
#862 zts-rolecert: report errors from cert parsing (in case wrong cert paths are specified
#863 change get private key param to make its usage clear
#864 new ServerPrivateKey for rsa/ec private key support
#865 update zms to use new ServerPrivateKey class
#866 refactor cert refresher code so that cert and key pem representation can be passed in memory
#867 add option to verify access tokens in zts-accesstoken utility
