Athenz v1.8.54 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.54 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#910 Implement Unrefreshed Certificates Notification
#911 fix attribute index when updating cert records
#912 with metaattr=all option return all domain attributes in the /sys/modified_domains endpoint
#913 validate any domain/role meta integer config field to be non-negative
#914 fixes to cert-db changes
#915 in case of network timeouts when connecting to provider, return 504
#916 Added missing tests for Notifications in ZTS
#917 using correct "from" domain in email notifications
#918 include request time in the pending request list
#919 extend self serve functionality
#921 test example for get pending members api
#922 include request principal in pending request response
