Athenz v1.8.55 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.55 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#923 Add support link for unrefreshed certs mail
#924 new zms api to delete pending members
#925 disable dependency cache in Travis CI
