Athenz v1.8.57 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.57 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#929 implementation of ssh cert record registration
#930 during initial admin role setup, set active/approved state to true
#932 when generating x/y values for jwk ec keys skip sign bit
#934 add rfc curve names to the alias map
#935 Returning empty map instead of null in FileStore implementation
#936 Service Identity Agent for AWS EC2
#937 update jetty and other packages to their latest releases
#941 include spiffe uri for lambda certs
