Debugging and XAML section: the Rose panel and the inspector, with screenshots; architecture diagrams for tray and self-hosted modes
Move the depth out of README and CLAUDE.md Nine pages, each lifted verbatim from the file that carried it: the argument for the three design decisions, the consuming-repo registration snippet in full, XAML stub synthesis, the configuration mechanism, where code fixers come from, why formatting takes two passes, the transports and what the tray shows, the inspector and its operator API, and what dogfooding has turned up. The README keeps what introduces the project and links here for the rest. CLAUDE.md keeps what changes an agent's next action; its invariants moved to docs/invariants/ in the repository rather than here, since they are read while editing the code.
